Ms. Chen Jie (Eva) has a Master of Commerce in General Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University in Australia. She also has an Associate Degree (AMII) and a Diploma (DMII) in General Insurance from Malaysia's Malaysian Insurance Institute. Ms. Chen Jie has worked in Cambodia's General Insurance industry for over 18 years, in management positions with a few of the market's top players She is a high-performing executive with a proven track record of success in establishing new general insurance companies, particularly in developing company strategies and communicating effectively with external and internal customers and decision makers at all levels. Ms. Chen Jie has extensive professional experiencein general insurance company management, with a focus on company formation, business development, customer relations management, public relations, human resource development, marketing, advertising, and training.Ms. Chen Jie speaks both Chinese (Native) and English fluently.

Haypheng holds a Master's Degree in Financial Management as well as Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking from the Royal University of Law and Economics . He is currently pursuing an ACCA program at CamEd Business School.Haypheng has over 14 years of experience in accountancy and tax and has spent the majority of his career in the insurance industry in Cambodia. He has experience in a wide range of industries which includes Garment, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Logistics, Education, Trading, Utilities and Insurance.He has taken on the responsibility of establishing the Accounts and Finance Department of Phillip General Insurance (Cambodia) Plc. He also has responsibility for HR and Administration and oversees the IT Department.

Varinell has more than 13 years’ experience in the general insurance Industry. Since her first job in 2008, She has confidently handled various lines of business such as property, non-property insurances and reinsurance. She has also worked on product development, insurance system upgrades and providing internal training program. Varinell holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the prestigious University of Economics and Finance. Additionally, she has obtained an Academic Diploma in English and actively participates in various insurance professional training programs and seminar to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. She has a good understanding of the Cambodian market and is very familiar with market players and the kingdom’s rules and regulation. We are confident that he will be the driving force behind his Underwriting team.

Mr. Tep Chansothea hold M.Sc. in NRM as well as Bachelor Degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics. He have built decade of experience in cross sector of social work and corporate including research and training, capacity building and sales performance management.He have experience in various industries including Garment Factory, NGOs and Life and General Insurance. He joint PGI and take roles and responsibilities of leading Business Development Department of Phillip General Insurance (Cambodia) Plc. and manage distribution channel including corporate sales and intermediaries.
